But if you don’t love your new mattress, we will pick it up and take it back…no hassle, no penalty. It really is that simple.

Aviya offers the greatest trial period in the industry, all we ask is that you sleep on the mattress for at least 30 nights before you make a decision to return or exchange the mattress. 30 nights will you give your body a chance to adjust to the feel and support of your new Aviya bed. Chances are that the support system of the Aviya mattress will feel unfamiliar at first, especially if your existing mattress has broken down and lost its ability to support your spine and joints properly. It’s perfectly normal to adjust to this feeling over a period of 3-4 weeks, so keep that in mind when you begin sleeping on your new mattress.

Aviya will arrange for a pick-up* of the mattress with our delivery team, who will contact you directly to schedule a convenient time that works for you. Aviya will refund your order amount by crediting the account used as the original method of payment on your order after Aviya has confirmed the return of all products.

*Upon pick-up, our delivery team reserves the right to refuse to take any items they deem to be in unsanitary condition.

Exchanges - In the rare case that you have ordered incorrectly for your comfort needs, Aviya will be glad to honor one exchange within the 100 night trial period. To arrange a product exchange, please notify us at 1-844-327-7421 or info@aviyamattress.com. As a courtesy to you, Aviya will cover the cost of the exchange - no penalty, pick up or delivery fees. The exchange of an Aviya mattress under the 100-night satisfaction guarantee forfeits and voids the 100-night guarantee for any additional mattress received as part of the exchange and will be considered final sale.

How do I track my order?

To track your order, simply locate your shipping confirmation email and click on the tracking number provided by FedEx. If you've set up an account on AviyaMattress.com, you can also login to access tracking information for your entire order. Please keep in mind that delivery may take longer during holidays and/or severe weather conditions.

Where's my order and when will it arrive?

If you received a shipping confrimation email, simply click on the tracking number provided by FedEx or you can copy and paste that tracking number into the FedEx Tracking Website > If you've set up an account on AviyaMattress.com, you can also login to access tracking information for your entire order. How do I make a change to an existing order?

We ship orders fast, so you need to call into our HelpDesk as soon as possible. If the order hasn't shipped yet we can initiate the change order process to get you the desired product you intended to purchase. Please contact us at 1-844-327-7421 as soon as possible.

How do I start a Return or Exchange?

If you decide that your Aviya mattress isn't right for you within your trial period, we're happy to help troubleshoot or initiate the return process. Please contact us at 1-844-327-7421. We'll work with you to arrange a pickup through a local charity or recycling partner and refund you in full once the mattress is picked up. Refunds will be credited back to your account within two weeks.
