How long will it take for my order to ship?

Orders typically ship in 1-2 business days. Note, during holiday seasons and high volume times it make take an extra day or so for our team to process your order.

How do I track my order once it ships?

To track your order, simply locate your shipping confirmation email and click on the tracking number provided by FedEx. If you've set up an account on AviyaMattress.com, you can also login to access tracking information for your entire order. Please keep in mind that delivery may take longer during holidays and/or severe weather conditions.

Where's my order and when will it arrive?

If you received a shipping confrimation email, simply click on the tracking number provided by FedEx or you can copy and paste that tracking number into the FedEx Tracking Website > If you've set up an account on AviyaMattress.com, you can also login to access tracking information for your entire order. Please keep in mind that delivery may take longer during holidays and/or severe weather conditions.

Can I make changes to my order?

We ship orders fast, so you need to contact our live chat agents as soon as possible. If the order hasn't shipped yet we can initiate the change order process to get you the desired product you intended to purchase. You can find our live chat in the bottom right hand corner of our website on any page.

What payment options do I have?

We accept various payment methods including most major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discovery and AMEX) as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay and Shop Pay. You can see all of our payment options during checkout.

What shipping options do you offer?

We offer Free Shipping via FedEx Ground with every Aviya Mattress purchase!

How much does shipping a mattress and foundation cost?

We are pleased to offer free shipping service via FedEx Ground with all Aviya Mattress orders! Delivery right to your door is included with your purchase.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Each Aviya Mattress (and Foundation) is made to order, wrapped & boxed, and shipped directly to you from our factory. Depending on your location, weather, and time of year (holiday seasons get busy with shipping companies) - it generally takes between 3-7 business days from the day you place your order for it to ship.

Do you have expedited mattress shipping options?

At this time we do not offer an expedited method.

Do you offer a White Glove delivery option?

At this time we do not offer white glove delivery.

Will you remove my existing mattress?

We do not offer mattress removal or disposal services at this time. However, please check with your local municipality or sanitary service to see if there is a mattress disposal service that is offered. Also you can check out junk removal services from companies like LoadUp, who offer mattress removal for a fee.

Where do you ship in the US?

We are currently shipping to the "lower 48" states, delivering only to the contiguous United States—the 48 adjoining U.S. states and Washington D.C.

This specifically excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, and American Samoa), and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

What are the approximate shipping weights of the mattress and foundation?

For all the shipping nerds! Below are the approximate shipping weights of each mattress and foundation by size.

Mattress Weights:
Twin: 80 lbs.
Twin XL: 80 lbs.
Full: 90 lbs.
Queen: 120 lbs.
King: 140 lbs.
California King: 140 lbs.

Foundation Weights:
Twin: 60 lbs.
Twin XL: 60 lbs.
Full: 70 lbs.
Queen (total, 2 units): 90 lbs.
King (total, 2 units): 120 lbs.
California King (total, 2 units): 120 lbs.

Where are the mattress and foundation shipped from?

Aviya mattresses and foundations are shipped direct from our factory located in Cleveland, OH.

Will the mattress still be delivered if I'm not home?

Yes! Our mattresses are shipped Fedex ground, so if you are not home for delivery they will leave it for you at your front door. If you need to manage delivery contact FedEx with your tracking number provided or login to FedEx Delivery Manager to adjust your delivery schedule.

Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?

No, we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii at this time. Please check back with us, as we might change our delivery network in the future!

Do you ship internationally?

No, we do not ship out of the US at this time. Please check back with us, as we might change our delivery network in the future!

What is the exchange policy?

If you don’t absolutely love your new Aviya Mattress, we’ll come pick it up and exchange your purchase – it’s as simple as that! Contact us through our live chat on the website and one of our sleep experts will get in touch with you to start your exchange. There are no restocking fees, return delivery fees, or any extra charges whatsoever to process an exchange. We do ask that you try the mattress for at least 2 weeks before initiating your exchange. Note that all exchanges must be made within the 100 night trial period. As a courtesy to you, Aviya will cover the cost of the exchange - no penalty, pick up or delivery fees. The exchange of an Aviya mattress under the 100-night satisfaction guarantee forfeits and voids the 100-night guarantee for any additional mattress received as part of the exchange and will be considered final sale. What is the return policy?

If you don’t absolutely love your new Aviya Mattress, we’ll come pick it up and refund your purchase – it’s as simple as that! Contact us through our live chat on the website and one of our sleep experts will get in touch with you to start your return. There are no restocking fees, return delivery fees, or any extra charges whatsoever to process a return. We do ask that you try the mattress for at least 2 weeks before initiating your return. Note that all returns must be made within the 100 night trial period. If you feel the mattress is too soft or too firm, you might try exchanging for a different comfort level instead of returning. A 10 Year Warranty… What’s the catch?

Really – no catch. Free repairs. Free replacements. For 10 years! We couldn’t make this stuff up.

I think my Aviya Mattress might be defective. How do I make a warranty claim?

Tell me about the 10-Year mattress warranty.

After the first 100 nights, your Aviya mattress is protected by our industry-leading, 10 year warranty. Our warranty is non-prorated for the full 10 years, which means you’ll never have to pay the costs for repairs or replacements. You will be responsible for return shipping arrangements and charges, but that's it!

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers any and all manufacturing defects in your Aviya mattress or foundation that may occur during the 10 year warranty period. This includes an industry-leading body impression protection that covers impressions of 1” or greater.

What is the 100-night mattress trial?

Our 100 night trial is our way of letting you give the Aviya a test drive in your own bedroom! We give you 100 nights to actually sleep on the mattress in your home to decide if it’s right for you. No risk, no pressure – if you don’t love the Aviya, we’ll come pick it up for free and give you a full refund of your purchase. We do ask that you sleep on the mattress for at least 2 weeks before making a decision to give your body enough time to fully adjust to your new bed.
