Aviya mattresses are typically delivered within 3-7 business days after the order has shipped. Please keep in mind that delivery may take longer during/after holidays or severe weather conditions.

The Aviya mattress boxes are about the size of a large suitcase (43" x 18" x 18") and can weigh anywhere from 65-140 lbs depending on the mattress comfort level and size. Unboxing is easiest when you have another person assisting you, we recommend having a helping hand before setting up your mattress.

FedEx tracking information will be sent via email for each item in your order as soon as the item(s) ships. Aviya mattresses are typically made within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. Please keep in mind that manufacturing may take longer during/after holidays or high volume periods, but we try our best to ship every mattress out as soon as possible.

Due to changes in production, sometimes there will be an email sent with a tracking code before the item has shipped. We occasionally do this so that we can get the earliest pickup date scheduled from FedEx, especially during busy times of the year. This is to ensure we get your Aviya to you as fast as we can. The product is set to ship by the date provided, at the latest, which means it can ship any day before. While these orders may have a slightly longer processing time, the travel time via FedEx is still a standard 3-7 business days.

Shipping via FedEx is free for mattresses and foundations (with the purchase of a mattress) within the contiguous United States.We are unable to ship to APO and PO Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska or US Territories like Puerto Rico, Marshall Islands and the Virgin Islands. Please note the shipping map is transit time estimates and are subject to change by FedEx.

How do I track my order?

To track your order, simply locate your shipping confirmation email and click on the tracking number provided by FedEx. If you've set up an account on AviyaMattress.com, you can also login to access tracking information for your entire order. Please keep in mind that delivery may take longer during holidays and/or severe weather conditions.

Where's my order and when will it arrive?

If you received a shipping confrimation email, simply click on the tracking number provided by FedEx or you can copy and paste that tracking number into the FedEx Tracking Website > If you've set up an account on AviyaMattress.com, you can also login to access tracking information for your entire order. Please keep in mind that delivery may take longer during holidays and/or severe weather conditions.

How do I make a change to an existing order?

We ship orders fast, so you need to call into our HelpDesk as soon as possible. If the order hasn't shipped yet we can initiate the change order process to get you the desired product you intended to purchase. Please contact us at 1-844-327-7421 as soon as possible.

Can you expedite shipping?

All Aviya mattresses ship via FedEx Ground which typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Since FedEx is a third-party, we cannot expedite orders. Do you deliver on Saturday or Sunday?

FedEx will occasionally deliver ground packages on Saturdays. In order to get your order on Saturday or Sunday, we recommend having your packages delivered to a FedEx store or friend's house ahead of the weekend, where you can pick up your packages at your own convenience. FedEx tracking information will be sent via email for each item in your order as soon as the item(s) ships. Can I request a specific delivery date?

Since FedEx is a third party, we're unable to 100% guarantee that your order will be delivered on a specific date—occasionally a weather or operational delay could impact your delivery by a day or so. We are also unable to schedule a specific date through FedEx.

As soon as your order ships out, we'll send over a shipping confirmation email with tracking number(s) you can use to follow the progress of your package. We recommend keeping a close eye on your order's tracking number(s) so you can see the estimated delivery date once it’s made available. You can also sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager® here> to receive an estimated time of arrival and to request any changes you need.

Do I need to keep any of the packaging or boxes?

No need to keep the box! We use large industrial machines to compress and pack our mattresses, so they won’t go back into their original package, no matter how hard you try! And please, do not try!
