After your order is placed, we get to work! Each Aviya mattress is made-to-order, giving you peace of mind knowing a factory-fresh mattress is headed your way. Production time is typically 1-2 business days from the purchase day.
Get Ready For Your Delivery!
After we've made your brand new mattress and it's gone through our quality assurance checks, it's shipped to you via FedEx. Depending on where you are located, typical shipping and logistic timelines are 2-7 days.

For instance, our polyurethane foams are blended with soy to reduce the amount of petrochemicals used in the production process. Our foams are also CertiPur certified which means our mattresses are made without many potentially harmful materials like mercury, lead, formaldehyde, prohibited phthalates and volatile organic compounds.
