How do I track my order?
To track your order, simply locate your shipping confirmation email and click on the tracking number provided by FedEx. If you've set up an account on AviyaMattress.com, you can also login to access tracking information for your entire order. Please keep in mind that delivery may take longer during holidays and/or severe weather conditions.
Where's my order and when will it arrive?
If you received a shipping confrimation email, simply click on the tracking number provided by FedEx or you can copy and paste that tracking number into the FedEx Tracking Website > If you've set up an account on AviyaMattress.com, you can also login to access tracking information for your entire order. Please keep in mind that delivery may take longer during holidays and/or severe weather conditions.
How do I make a change to an existing order?
We ship orders fast, if the order hasn't shipped yet we can initiate the change order process to get you the desired product you intended to purchase. Please contact our Live Chat agents (located at the bottom right hand corner of your screen) as soon as possible.
How do I start a Return or Exchange?
If you decide that your Aviya mattress isn't right for you within your trial period, we're happy to help troubleshoot or initiate the return process. Please contact our Live Chat agents as soon as possible. We'll work with you to arrange a pickup through a local charity or recycling partner and refund you in full once the mattress is picked up. Refunds will be credited back to your account within two weeks.
