The Aviya Innerspring Coil System
1,200 (size: king) Individually Wrapped 8" tall, 15 Gauge Coils (50% more than the average hybrid mattress). Throughout the middle of the mattress, we constructed what we call a ‘honeycomb’ layout of our springs. The pattern of these springs provides better lower-back, torso, and hip support throughout the night.

Detailed Specifications: With the Aviya Plush, we start on top of the spring unit with a 1’’, 1.8 density 20 ILD soy-polyblend foam. The next layer is a convoluted soy-polyblend foam (this is in plush only to help soften the feel) and is a 1’’ 20 ILD 1.8 density foam. And the top layer of foam is sewn directly into the quilt and is a 1’’ 20 ILD 1.8 density soy-polyblend foam. What is also unique to the plush comfort is it has a different quilting pattern, we use a tack and jump (which will be spread out little circles instead of the constant loops used in the Firm and Luxury Firm) and it consists of less thread lines so that it softens up the initial comfort of the top layer of foam.

We love sleep and the environment. At Aviya, we make every effort to use locally sourced, environmentally friendly components. For instance, our polyurethane foams are blended with soy to reduce the amount of petrochemicals used in the production process. Our foams are also CertiPur certified which means our mattresses are made without many potentially harmful materials like mercury, lead, formaldehyde, prohibited phthalates and volatile organic compounds. Healthier materials also reduce outgassing of chemicals into your sleep environment.

The Aviya King size mattress is 76 inches wide and 80 inches long (193.04 cm x 203.2 cm) and the Aviya California King size mattress is 72 inches wide and 84 inches long (183 cm x 213.5 cm). They are best suited for couples and/or combination sleepers. It's also perfect for pet parents and the California King in specific is an ideal choice for taller people. Before buying the Aviya King or California King size, compare it with our other mattress sizes to make sure it’s the right fit.

Aviya Twin and Twin XL mattresses are a perfect choice for kids rooms and bunkbeds. The Aviya Twin size mattresses are 38 inches wide and 75 inches long (96.5 x 188 cm) and if you’re looking for something for a growing adult, the Aviya Twin XL is 38 inches wide and 80 inches long (96.5 cm x 203.5 cm). Our Twin and Twin XL sizes are ideal for people who love compact sleeping spaces and growing adults.
